SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping:
We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS to ship our products. This includes, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS Ground and other expediated UPS options. All of your shipments are tracked; we will send you tracking information via email within 1 business day of your shipment.

International Shipping:
We use USPS shipping for International orders. Please note that on average it takes 3-5 weeks for international shipments to arrive via First Class . We ask that you plan accordingly for holidays and high volume times. 

If your order is over 4lbs. they will be shipped Priority Mail, which does include tracking services.

We will send you your tracking information via email within 1 business day of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. 

DISCLAIMER: SHEdesigns Nepal is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products that occur during transit.

Packages which are returned to us because they are deemed ‘undeliverable’ by the shipping service selected at checkout will be refunded immediately. Because of this we ask that you review your submitted shipping address before completing your purchase.
